Anti-HPGD Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody against HPGD (also known as 15-PGDH), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG primary antibody reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot at a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000, with immunohistochemistry (IHC) also listed as an application. The corresponding antigen is the 25 kDa 15-PGDH protein. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 1–266 of human 15-PGDH/HPGD (NCBI accession NP_000851.2). It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
