Anti-HPD Antibody

This polyclonal antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com and is raised in rabbit against HPD, a target also known by the synonyms 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase, 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid oxidase, 4HPPD, HPPDase and PPD. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human HPD as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of HPD protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 45 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and is supported by one scientific validation image.
