Anti-HPA1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets HPA1 (also referred to as Heparanase-1, HPR1, HPSE1, and HSE1) and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from the internal region of the human HPA1 protein. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and ELISA, with demonstrated reactivity against human samples, including Western Blot analysis of K562 cells. The antibody is formulated as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended strictly for research use, the product is not recommended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications, and is dispatched from Stockholm with a typical lead time of 5-8 business days.
