Anti-HP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to HP is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The reagent is raised in rabbit and reactive with human, mouse and rat samples.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the antibody is purified by affinity purification using the immunogen — a recombinant protein of human HP — and recognises the endogenous level of total HP protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is of the IgG isotype. The product ships at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
