Anti-HP Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, supplied as a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Haptoglobin (HP). The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1-100 of human Haptoglobin (NP_005134.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 45 kDa. The antibody is provided in liquid form in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC 1:50-1:200.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
