Anti-HoxD12 (E230) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against HoxD12 (E230) and supplied in unconjugated form. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–250 of human HoxD12 and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody reacts with human and mouse samples and detects endogenous levels of HoxD12 protein.

The reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 30 kDa.

HoxD12 (Homeobox D12) is a transcription factor mapped to chromosome 2, with tissue-enhanced expression in the intestine and seminal vesicle and a predicted intracellular localisation.
