Anti-HOXC8 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is specific for HOXC8 and supplied unconjugated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and was raised using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues within human HOXC8. The antibody detects endogenous levels of HOXC8 protein and is validated for WB. Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, achieved by affinity-purification of rabbit antiserum via affinity-chromatography with the epitope-specific immunogen. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, with HOXC8 migrating at a molecular weight of approximately 28 kDa.
