Anti-HOXB7 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody of the IgG isotype, raised against HOXB7. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-120 of human HOXB7 (NP_004493.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 24 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity purification, and the recommended WB dilution is 1:500-1:1,000.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
