Anti-HOXB5 Antibody

Primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against HOXB5. This rabbit polyclonal reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen was a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 170-269 of human HOXB5 (NP_002138.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The target has a predicted molecular weight of 29 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
