Anti-HOXB1 Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal Anti-HOXB1 Antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against the HOXB1 target and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 35-180 of human HOXB1 (NP_002135.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 32 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:2,000-1:4,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF, with concentration reported as lot-specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
