Anti-HOXA13 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to HOXA13, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation of IgG isotype. The antibody is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and purified by affinity chromatography. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:1,000–1:4,000 for WB. The product category attributes also list immunofluorescence (IF) as an application.

Reported reactivity includes mouse and rat, with human additionally listed in the product attributes. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 140–320 of human HOXA13 (NP_000513.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 38 kDa. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
