Anti-HoxA11/D11 (Y248) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against HoxA11/D11. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of both HoxA11 and HoxD11 protein. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200-250 of human Hox-A11, recognising the Y248 region.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of ~30 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
