Anti-HoxA11 / D11 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human HoxA11 / D11, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the HoxA11 / D11 protein in Human and Mouse samples. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is provided in an unconjugated format suitable for direct labelling in downstream assays. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, giving the reagent broad utility across protein detection workflows in fixed tissues, cultured cells and lysate-based assays.
