Anti-HOXA11 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary reagent, targets HOXA11 in human samples. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Manufactured as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–180 of human HOXA11 (NP_005514.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 30 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB at 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
