Anti-HOXA1 / B1 / D1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against HOXA1 / B1 / D1. It is unconjugated and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and mouse samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human HOXA1 / B1 / D1, and detects endogenous levels of total HOXA1 / B1 / D1 protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
