Anti-Hox-D8 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against the Hox-D8 target. The antibody is unconjugated and is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 245-290 of Human Hox-D8. The affinity-purified antibody detects endogenous levels of Hox-D8 protein. Purity exceeds 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-chromatography purification from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 32 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The isotype is IgG.
