The Antibodies.com Anti-Hox-B4 (A135) polyclonal antibody is a rabbit-derived primary reagent raised against the homeobox B4 transcription factor, a member of the Hox family that plays a central role in hematopoietic stem cell self-renewal and embryonic axial patterning. Raised in rabbit and purified as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.2) with 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, the reagent is supplied as a 100 µl vial ready for direct labeling or detection with secondary reagents of choice. The antibody has been validated for immunohistochemistry and shows reactivity with both human and mouse Hox-B4, supporting its use across developmental biology, stem cell, and hematopoiesis research workflows. Store refrigerated; for longer-term stability, aliquot to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and protect from light. The sodium azide-containing buffer makes the product unsuitable for direct addition to live-cell assays, but the unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with HRP, biotin, or fluorophore-conjugated secondaries depending on the application. For research use only.
