Anti-HOOK1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting HOOK1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB). The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 489–728 of human HOOK1 (NP_056972.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight is 85 - 100 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.
