Anti-HNRNPU Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets hnRNP U/p120 (also referred to as HNRNPU). It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The antibody has been affinity purified and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200, and IP: 1:500–1:1,000. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 608–825 of human hnRNP U (NP_114032.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 120 kDa.
