Anti-HNRNPR Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against hnRNP R, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500 to the C-terminus of human hnRNP R, and the antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and ELISA applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The predicted molecular weight of the target is 71 kDa, with observed bands reported at 71 kDa, 77 kDa, and 80 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:100–1:200 for IHC-P. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
