Anti-HNRNPM Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against HNRNPM (heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein M), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of human HNRNPM (NP_005959.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography.

It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 78 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
