Anti-HNRNPK Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets hnRNP K and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human hnRNP K (NP_112552.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.

The reagent is purified by affinity chromatography, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
