Anti-HNRNPH1 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets HNRNPH1 (also referred to as hnRNP H). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 191–449 of human HNRNPH1 (NP_005511.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
