Anti-HNRNPD Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets HNRNPD, also known as hnRNP D/AUF1. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–306 of human HNRNPD (NP_002129.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a molecular weight of 43 kDa.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided, and is supported by five scientific images.
