Anti-HNRNPA3 Antibody

The Antibodies.com anti-HNRNPA3 polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and targets human heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A3, an RNA-binding protein of the hnRNP A/B family that participates in single-stranded RNA recognition, spliceosome assembly, and telomere maintenance through the alternative lengthening of telomeres (ALT) pathway. Supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated IgG antiserum, it is validated for western blot detection of HNRNPA3 in human samples and is routinely used to probe expression changes in ALT-positive cancer cell lines, telomere biology studies, and investigations of pre-mRNA processing. Store at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light during handling since the reagent is supplied in unconjugated format without stabiliser preservatives.
