Anti-HNRNPA1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against HNRNPA1, supplied as a liquid preparation. The reagent is unconjugated with an IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-372 of human hnRNP A1 (NP_112420.1). It is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a molecular weight of 39 kDa. According to the manufacturer, the reagent has been cited in 1 publication.

Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
