Anti-hnRNP Q (E268) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting hnRNP Q, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 241-290 of human hnRNP Q and recognises endogenous levels of the protein in human, mouse and rat samples.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein migrates at approximately 70 kDa.
