Anti-hnRNP M (P43) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes hnRNP M (P43) protein. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) applications, reacting with samples from human, mouse and rat origins.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 20-70 of human hnRNP M, and specifically detects endogenous levels of hnRNP M (P43) protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 85 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
