Anti-hnRNP K (Y280) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against hnRNP K (Y280), validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250-300 of Human hnRNP K. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of hnRNP K protein and recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 51 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
