Anti-hnRNP H Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets hnRNP H. It is supplied as an unconjugated Rabbit IgG preparation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL and is validated for Western blotting (WB), reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human hnRNP H, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total hnRNP H protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The formulation is Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
