Anti-hnRNP F (Y47) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against hnRNP F, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF, including ICC/IF) applications and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. The host species is rabbit, and the reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 20–60 of human hnRNP F, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of hnRNP F protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target is hnRNP F, with a stated molecular weight of approximately 48 kDa.
