Anti-hnRNP C1 / C2 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com as part of the Signalway Antibody primary antibody portfolio, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins C1 and C2 (hnRNP C1 / C2), the abundant nuclear pre-mRNA binding proteins encoded by the HNRNPC locus. It is supplied as a 50 µL liquid aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in PBS (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an immunising peptide synthesised from an internal region of human hnRNP C1 / C2. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications and is reactive against human, mouse, and rat samples, enabling detection of endogenous total hnRNP C1 / C2 protein across the most commonly used laboratory species. The product is shipped on cold packs from its country of origin (China) and should be stored at –20 °C for long-term stability, remaining suitable for research use only and not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
