Anti-hnRNP C1/2 (D271) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this antibody targets hnRNP C1/2 (D271) and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 241–290 of human hnRNP C1 and is reported to detect endogenous levels of hnRNP C1/2 protein in human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target of approximately 33 kDa. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
