Anti-hnRNP A2 / B1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against hnRNP A2 / B1 and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated IgG antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human hnRNP A2 / B1), and it detects endogenous levels of the hnRNP A2 / B1 protein. It is validated for Western blotting, ELISA, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
