Anti-hnRNP A1 (E85) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against hnRNP A1, with the immunogen being a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 51-100 of human hnRNP A1. The unconjugated antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of hnRNP A1 protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 33 kDa.

The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
