Anti-HNF4a (Phospho-Ser304) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against HNF4a phosphorylated at serine 304. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the sequence around the serine 304 phosphorylation site (L-R-S(p)-Q-V) of human HNF4a. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HNF4a only when phosphorylated at serine 304. It was produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates, then purified by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide, with non-phospho specific antibodies removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide.

Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. One scientific validation image is available.
