Anti-HNF4α (phospho-S313) Antibody

This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human HNF4α surrounding the phosphorylation site at Serine 313. According to the manufacturer's specification, the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HNF4α protein only when phosphorylated at Ser313. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein, HNF4α, has a reported molecular weight of approximately 52 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
