Anti-HNF4α/γ (K127) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HNF4α/γ, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of human HNF4α and, according to the manufacturer, detects endogenous levels of both HNF-4α and HNF-4γ protein. Reactivity has been demonstrated in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. Reported molecular weights for the target proteins are ~46 kDa (HNF4γ) and 53 kDa (HNF4α).
