Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against the HNF1B transcription factor, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent in a 50 µl vial suitable for Western blot workflows. HNF1B (Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 1-Beta, also called TCF2) is a POU-homeodomain transcription factor required for embryonic development of the kidney, pancreas, and liver, and heterozygous loss-of-function variants are linked to renal cysts and diabetes syndrome (RCAD/MODY5) as well as Müllerian and genitourinary malformations. The antibody recognizes the human, mouse, and rat protein, making it useful across developmental biology, diabetes research, and renal pathology studies where endogenous HNF1B expression levels are tracked by immunoblotting of cell or tissue lysates.
