Anti-HNF1A Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits against HNF1A (also referred to as HNF1 alpha), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 31–128 of human HNF1A (NP_000536.6), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 81 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for immunohistochemistry. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
