Anti-HNF-4α Antibody

The Antibodies.com brand offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against HNF-4α, validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications. The unconjugated reagent cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Per the manufacturer's product specification, the immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human HNF4-α around the non-phosphorylation site of S313. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of HNF-4α protein. It is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon receipt, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
