Anti-HNF-3α / β / γ Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody was produced by Antibodies.com for the detection of HNF-3α/β/γ and is supplied unconjugated. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human HNF-3α/β/γ around the non-acetylation site of K265, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of HNF-3α/β/γ protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is provided at 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
