Anti-HMOX1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against human HMOX1 (heme oxygenase 1) and validated for a broad range of research applications. The product is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, unconjugated and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺. It was generated using a recombinant protein of human HMOX1 as immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography against that immunogen, enabling detection of endogenous levels of total HMOX1 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. Verified applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP).
