Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against HMMR using a recombinant protein of human HMMR as the immunogen. It detects endogenous levels of total HMMR protein.
Supplied unconjugated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody was affinity-purified using the immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is validated for WB and ICC/IF applications.
