Anti-HMGN1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets HMGN1 (High Mobility Group Nucleosome-binding domain 1), a nucleosome-binding architectural chromatin protein that modulates chromatin structure, histone modifications, and transcription factor access to chromatin. HMGN1 is ubiquitously expressed in vertebrate nuclei and competes with histone H1 for nucleosome binding sites, influencing DNA repair, replication, and gene regulation across human tissues.

The reagent is supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated IgG, validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples. As a polyclonal reagent, the antibody recognizes multiple epitopes on HMGN1, supporting detection of the protein under denaturing conditions in WB and in fixed tissue sections during IHC.
