Anti-HMGB3 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal reagent, this antibody targets High Mobility Group Box 3 (HMGB3), a member of the HMG-box family of non-histone chromatin-associated proteins. HMGB3 contributes to DNA-dependent processes such as transcription and chromatin remodeling, has been studied in the context of neural stem cell maintenance, and has been reported as dysregulated in several malignancies, including hematopoietic and epithelial cancers. These features make it a meaningful target for chromatin biology, developmental studies, and tumor research.
