Anti-HMGB2 (K165) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to HMGB2, raised in rabbit and offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 136–180 of human HMGB2, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of HMGB2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of more than 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The HMGB2 target corresponds to a protein of approximately 26 kDa.
