Anti-HMGB2 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against HMGB2. It is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated and presented in liquid form.

It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 200–300 of human HMGB2 (P26583), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 24 kDa.

The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
