Anti-HMGB1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µL aliquot of recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against HMGB1, this reagent is a Protein A affinity-purified IgG raised in rabbit against the High Mobility Group Box 1 target. The unconjugated antibody is formulated in TBS (pH 7.4) supplemented with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, and is recommended for use in Western blot, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry applications. It has been validated to detect endogenous levels of HMGB1 in human, mouse, and rat samples without cross-reactivity with related proteins, producing a band of approximately 25 kDa under reducing conditions. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival, aliquots should be stored at −20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
