Anti-HMGB1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com and offered through AFMS, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the High Mobility Group Box 1 (HMGB1) protein and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications and has been shown to cross-react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it well suited for comparative studies across the most common laboratory models.
